Growth & Enrollment Coordinator Part-Time | Opportunity to Grow Do you love connecting with people? Are you someone who can create a great social media post and pick up the phone to turn an interested parent into an enrolled family? Do you follow through, take ownership, and enjoy seeing the results of your work? Thrive Creative Arts is looking for a Growth & Enrollment Coordinator to help more families discover Thrive, find the right program for their child, and become part of our creative community. This role combines marketing, sales, and enrollment. We're looking for someone who can do both sides of growth: Get the right families interested in Thrive — and help turn that interest into enrollment. What You'll Own Marketing & Lead Generation You'll help make sure Thrive stays visible, active, and connected in our community. You'll own the day-to-day execution of Thrive's marketing plan, including: Creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content Capturing photos, videos, stories, and moments happening at Thrive Helping create and send email campaigns Promoting programs, camps, events, and enrollment opportunities Keeping basic website information and program promotions current Supporting community outreach and partnerships Helping plan and execute promotional events and enrollment campaigns Looking for creative, low-cost ways to reach more local families Tracking what's working and what's generating interest and leads You won't be expected to create Thrive's entire marketing strategy on your own. Leadership will set the major goals, priorities, offers, and direction. You'll own making sure the plan gets executed. Sales & Enrollment Generating leads isn't enough. You'll also own helping interested families take the next step.
You'll:
Respond to new leads and inquiries Talk with parents by phone, text, and email Learn what families are looking for and recommend the right Thrive program Schedule trials, consultations, and next steps Follow up consistently with interested families Confidently ask families to enroll Keep our lead pipeline organized and up to date Reconnect with past leads and families Track enrollment results and follow-up activity Make sure interested families don't get lost or forgotten You'll also occasionally help with front desk coverage or studio needs when needed, but growth and enrollment are the primary focus of this role. Who We're Looking For This role needs someone who is comfortable with both marketing and people. You may be a great fit if you: Have experience creating and managing social media content for a business, organization, or brand Are comfortable using social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools Have a good eye for engaging photos, videos, and content Learn new technology and software quickly Are warm, confident, and easy to talk to Enjoy talking with parents and families Are comfortable selling and asking someone to take the next step Follow up instead of waiting for people to come back to you Are organized and can manage multiple leads and projects at once Write clear, friendly emails and messages Take ownership without needing someone to constantly remind you what to do Are resourceful when you don't immediately know the answer Get excited about creativity, kids, music, art, and community Want an opportunity where your responsibilities can grow as the organization grows Experience in marketing, social media, sales, customer service, hospitality, education, youth programs, community outreach, or the arts is helpful. We don't expect you to be an expert in everything. But we are looking for someone who already has some hands-on marketing and social media experience, is comfortable talking with people, and is excited to develop stronger sales and marketing skills. This Role May NOT Be a Fit If... You love creating content but don't enjoy talking with customers. You enjoy talking with people but don't want to work with social media or technology. You don't feel comfortable following up more than once with someone who has expressed interest. You prefer waiting for detailed instructions rather than taking ownership of a result. Or you're looking for a role that is only marketing, only sales, or only front desk. This position brings those worlds together. Schedule & Growth This is a part-time position , with hours based on experience, skill level, availability, and business needs. Some afternoon, evening, and occasional weekend event availability may be needed because that's often when our families are available. We're looking for someone who is excited about the opportunity to grow with Thrive. As enrollment grows and the role demonstrates results, there may be opportunities for additional hours and responsibilities. Compensation Starting at $18-$20/hour, based on experience, plus performance-based enrollment commission. This role includes the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on new enrollment revenue generated through your sales efforts. What Success Looks Like You'll know you're succeeding when: Thrive's marketing happens consistently and on time Our social media reflects the energy and creativity happening inside Thrive Marketing generates qualified interest from local families New inquiries receive fast, thoughtful follow-up Leads don't get lost or forgotten More interested families take the next step More qualified families enroll Programs, camps, and events are actively promoted You know what's working and where opportunities are getting stuck Families feel welcomed and cared for throughout the enrollment process You take ownership and bring ideas and solutions to the team About Thrive Creative Arts Thrive Creative Arts helps young people grow through music, art, creativity, collaboration, and community. We believe kids learn best when they have room to create, explore, connect, and grow. Our team values ownership, communication, resourcefulness, collaboration, and growth over perfection. We're building more than an arts program. We're building a place where kids and families feel like they belong. If you're excited about helping more families discover Thrive — and you want to see a direct connection between your work and the growth of the organization — we'd love to hear from you.
