MARKETING COORDINATOR

- Grand Home Furnishings | Full-Time Grand Home Furnishings is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing & Advertising team's social media, projects, and campaigns. What You'll Do Our Marketing Coordinators help keep campaigns organized, on brand, and on schedule. Day to day, you'll: Manage day-to-day organic social media, including the content calendar, scheduling, publishing, adapting content by platform, and responding to comment/messages Create social content such as copy, basic graphics, short-form video, and photography in coordination with the Brand and Creative Specialist Track social media performance and prepare reports recommending ways to improve engagement and reach Coordinate point-of-sale materials, promotional supplies, and contest prizes to stores, and support product and campaign photography logistics Provide backup support for graphic design, email, SMS, and digital marketing projects, and maintain accurate department files and project timelines in Basecamp Provide backup execution support for email, SMS, website, and digital advertising needs, including content preparation, quality checks, scheduling support, and campaign continuity What We're Looking For We care about your creativity, organization, and communication skills, and your ability to manage multiple marketing projects at once. Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered Two or more years of experience in marketing coordination, social media, or a related field preferred Demonstrated experience creating and publishing content for major social media platforms Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills required Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software such as Basecamp Basic graphic design and photo-editing ability; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva preferred Valid driver's license required; ability to travel locally to stores and events as needed Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs. What You'll Earn The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience and performance.
