We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help drive marketing, growth, and team initiatives across our orthodontic practices. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day marketing role. You'll be out in the community, building relationships with dental offices, creating social media content, coordinating events, and working alongside our teams to help the practices grow. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with referring dental offices Coordinate referral visits, gifts, lunches, community events, sponsorships, and partnerships Create social media content, including photos and videos. Manage the social media content calendar. Lead and motivate team members around marketing, patient engagement, and practice initiatives Serve as a trusted team resource, helping address day-to-day questions, concerns, and challenges before escalating to the doctors Use good judgment to problem-solve, resolve issues, and help keep the team moving forward Partner with practice leadership to communicate priorities and support accountability across locations Manage patient contests, referral programs, and appreciation events Monitor online reviews and support our overall brand reputation Track referral activity, new patient growth, and marketing results Coordinate with outside marketing vendors as needed Who We're Looking For Someone who is: Outgoing and great at building relationships A confident leader and problem-solver Comfortable navigating team concerns and handling difficult conversations professionally Able to make sound decisions without needing constant direction Creative and confident creating social media content Organized and able to manage multiple projects and locations Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership Comfortable tracking results and using data to see what's working Marketing experience is preferred. Experience in healthcare, dental, orthodontics, community outreach, or team leadership is a plus.
