Logos and Promos is looking for a Marketing & Brand Experience Coordinator to join our small but mighty team. We're a family-owned custom apparel and promotional products company that has been creating branded merchandise since 1994. We don't just slap logos on random stuff. We help businesses create apparel, promotional products, gifts, and branded experiences that people actually want. We're looking for someone who can help us tell that story — while also jumping in wherever needed. This is a unique position that combines marketing, creativity, product research, client service, and a little hands-on fun. No two days will look exactly the same. What You'll Do Marketing

+ Client Services You'll help keep Logos and Promos visible, relevant, and interesting.

You'll:

Manage and create content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Develop fun, engaging posts that showcase our products, projects, team, capabilities, and personality Create and schedule email marketing campaigns Help write blog posts, website content, and other marketing materials Brainstorm promotions, campaigns, giveaways, and creative ways to generate new business Keep an eye on social media, apparel, promotional product, and marketing trends Help us build a consistent brand voice and presence Product Research + Creative Ideas This is where the treasure hunting begins. There are literally hundreds of thousands of promotional products and apparel options available. Our clients don't want to sort through all of them — that's our job.

You'll:

Research apparel, promotional products, employee gifts, event giveaways, and other branded merchandise Find products that fit a client's audience, budget, brand, and goals Look for unique, trending, useful, and occasionally unexpected ideas Help create custom product presentations and proposals Assist with creating product mockups showing clients what their logo or design could look like Work with our team to turn a vague client request like "We need something cool for our employees" into a great solution Client Experience This is a big one for us. We've built our business on relationships and referrals, and we go out of our way to take care of our clients. Whether a company spends a few hundred dollars or places a major order, our goal is to make them feel like they're our only client. We're not an online company that hands clients a giant catalog and expects them to figure everything out themselves. We don't want our customers spending hours searching through thousands of products, wondering what will look good, what fits their budget, or what will actually work. We do the work for them. We ask questions, listen to what they're trying to accomplish, research the options, recommend products, create ideas and mockups, solve problems, and help guide the project from beginning to end. Sometimes that also means going a little further than expected to make sure something gets done right. That's the kind of service our clients have come to expect from us, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people the same way. You'll occasionally: Answer client questions and help solve problems Help clients find the right products instead of simply sending them somewhere to search on their own Make thoughtful product recommendations based on their needs, brand, audience, and budget Follow up on projects and make sure details don't fall through the cracks Assist customers in person, by phone, or through email Help turn client ideas — even incomplete ones — into something great Look for ways to make a client's experience easier, better, and more personal Treat every client like they're one of our most important clients Being friendly, approachable, responsive, and comfortable talking with people is a big part of this position. Taking ownership and genuinely caring about the client's experience is even more important. And Sometimes…You'll Jump In We're a small team, and everyone helps when things get busy.

That might mean:

Packaging custom apparel and promotional products Helping assemble gift boxes or kits Preparing client orders Helping with fulfillment projects Pitching in on a big order that needs to get out the door Who We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you're: Creative and full of ideas Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable communicating with clients Naturally helpful and someone who enjoys taking care of people Organized and able to juggle several projects Experienced with social media management and creating content for business social channels Experienced with email marketing and creating marketing campaigns Comfortable with content creation , including writing posts, emails, blogs, and other marketing materials A strong writer who can communicate in a natural, conversational style Interested in apparel, fashion, branding, marketing, and current trends Someone with a good eye for colors, styles, products, and presentation Curious and good at researching and finding things online Comfortable learning new software and technology Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture Willing to jump in and help wherever needed Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting to be told every next step Someone who enjoys working on a small team instead of disappearing inside a huge company Required Experience Because marketing will be a major part of this position, candidates should have hands-on experience with: Social media management Email marketing Content creation We're not necessarily looking for someone who has worked at a large marketing agency or has a specific marketing degree. We're more interested in someone who has actually done this work, understands how to create engaging content, and can bring fresh ideas to the table. Bonus Points These aren't required, but we'd love to find someone with experience in any of these areas: Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw or Photoshop Graphic design Photography or short-form video Shopify or website content management Promotional products or decorated apparel Graphic design experience is helpful, but definitely not required. A creative eye, willingness to learn, and ability to come up with good ideas are more important. Schedule This is a part-time to full time position with flexible weekday hours. Hours can be scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. No nights. No weekends. We're willing to work with the right person to create a schedule that works for both of us.
