This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the daily operations of the golf course and resort. This includes preparing the course for play, assisting golfers, managing cart operations, maintaining practice areas, creating and ensuring a safe and clean environment for golfers and guests. About the Role The Golf & Outside Operations Team plays an important role in creating a great experience for our golfers and resort guests by helping in multiple areas throughout the resort, including:

• Clean, fuel, and stage golf carts before and after use
• Collecting, cleaning, preparing range golf balls
• Assisting with Starters and Rangers as needed, monitoring pace of play and enforce golf course policies in polite and courteous manner.
• Assisting with outings, leagues, tournaments, and special events set up and tear down
• Keep tee boxes, cart paths, and surrounding outdoor areas clean and organized
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming space, trash removal
• Other duties as assigned
