Northwest Arkansas Salary:

$55,000-$75,000 + Performance Bonuses Liberty Homes is a growing residential home builder seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our footprint throughout Northwest Arkansas. This position combines land acquisition, sales, customer relationship management, and marketing into one exciting role with significant opportunity for growth. Responsibilities Research property records to identify landowners and development opportunities. Contact landowners and negotiate the purchase of residential development property. Prepare and coordinate real estate purchase agreements. Maintain a pipeline of prospective homebuyers and guide them from initial inquiry through closing. Build relationships with real estate agents, investors, and industry professionals. Coordinate investor construction contracts. Oversee the company's social media, website, and marketing presence. Maintain accurate databases and detailed records. Represent Liberty Homes with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Sales, real estate, business development, or marketing experience preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Real estate or home-building experience is a plus.
