Lead and manage a team of Account Managers and a Sales Administrator to drive revenue growth
Spearhead sales expansion initiatives and develop strategies to penetrate new markets
Manage contract negotiations and oversee customer resolution on product, pricing, timing, and delivery matters
Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for executive leadership
Plan, direct, and execute targeted sales programs to promote products in new and existing markets Key Requirements
Demonstrated experience in the aerospace industry with a strong track record of sales success
BS Degree required; technical degree strongly preferred
