Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead the sales efforts at our TownePlace Suites property. This role is essential for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue, establish long-term client relationships, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue across all market segments. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local businesses. Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market analysis. Collaborate with the General Manager and Revenue Manager to optimize pricing and occupancy. Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, motivation, and performance evaluations. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and market trends. Ensure compliance with brand standards and corporate policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Proven track record of success in hotel sales, preferably Marriott Branded Property experience. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with the Marriott Brand property, Tracy & CA market is a bonus.
