This role is responsible for developing compelling content, managing our brand presence and promotional offerings, supporting credit union partnerships, and helping drive organizational growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys blending creativity with relationship building. We're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, create engaging content, and confidently represent Centennial Lending both digitally and in person. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the CUSO's marketing strategy, including branding, digital and print communications, content creation, social media, website management, email marketing, and promotional campaigns. Design and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, event materials, and branded assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools. Leverage marketing technology, automation, analytics, and AI tools to enhance campaign performance, engagement, and efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop consistent messaging that supports strategic objectives, products, services, partner initiatives, events, and organizational communications. Build and maintain relationships with credit union owners and partners through regular communication, outreach, education, event coordination, and ongoing engagement activities. Support partner communications, co-branded marketing efforts, educational programs, and industry events. Assist with business development and retention efforts by gathering feedback, supporting campaigns and presentations, and identifying growth opportunities. What We're Looking For Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, digital marketing platforms, content management systems, marketing automation tools, social media management, and analytics platforms. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, digital marketing, partner engagement, business development, or a related field. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Creative thinker with strong graphic design, branding, and visual communication abilities. Comfortable building relationships and representing the organization with external partners. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field preferred. Ability to travel occasionally for partner meetings, conferences, and events.
