This role blends operational leadership with market growth, community presence, and strategic partnership development. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable driving performance internally and representing the organization externally. We are looking for a candidate that is not afraid to be hands-on but also has the ability to be strategic. A person that is comfortable in ambiguity and growth phases, builds accountability and culture, and is not afraid to make changes and push performance.

Requirements:
