As a Bilingual Sales Manager, you will engage customers in both English and Spanish while supporting sales, customer service, and team performance within an AT&T retail environment. The Bilingual Sales Manager will help lead day-to-day sales activities, build strong customer relationships, support team members, and contribute to achieving sales goals. Bilingual Sales Manager:

Lead customer interactions in both English and Spanish while supporting sales and customer service Help customers understand AT&T products and services and identify solutions based on their needs Support and motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales goals Assist with daily sales activities, customer follow-ups, and account support Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions Help create a positive, professional, and customer-focused team environment Represent GM Elite Marketing Inc. professionally while supporting AT&T sales initiatives Develop strong customer relationships and contribute to a high-performing sales team Qualifications -

Bilingual Sales Manager:

Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and customer service skills Sales, customer service, leadership, or team experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers and team members Motivated, reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment Ability to work independently while also supporting and collaborating with a team Professional attitude with a strong interest in sales, leadership, and career growth
