Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives and expand our market presence in the Deerfield Beach region. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business development management, enterprise selling, and client base expansion in home care. This role requires a proactive leader capable of fostering cross-functional collaboration, negotiating deals, and driving strategic planning efforts to achieve organizational objectives. The manager will play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships and establishing agreements. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational goals to increase market share and revenue. Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, market research, and industry networking while maintaining existing client relationships. Lead negotiations and close deals effectively by leveraging strong sales negotiation skills and strategic management techniques. Coordinate cross-functional efforts with sales, marketing, operations, and client services to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Qualifications Extensive experience in business development management within home care, with a focus on enterprise selling and client relationship management. Demonstrated success in prospecting, deal closing, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Proven track record of expanding client bases through innovative strategies and targeted outreach efforts. Knowledge of project management principles and experience overseeing complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract execution. Pay:

$35.00 - $43.00 per hour
