We are now expanding into residential HVAC and looking for a driven, hands-on Sales Manager to build and lead our door-to-door team in the Sanford area. This is not a desk-only position. We need someone comfortable knocking doors, leading from the front, training representatives in the field, and helping the team generate and close HVAC opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, coach, and motivate door-to-door sales representatives. Work alongside the team and demonstrate effective prospecting. Improve the team's HVAC knowledge, communication, and closing skills. Establish daily activity goals and track performance. Build a competitive and accountable sales culture. Expand our residential HVAC operation throughout the Sanford market. Coordinate qualified opportunities with the appropriate HVAC professionals.
