full-time Foodservices Brand Group is a fast-growing company consisting of 3 distinct businesses across multiple channels and product categories which are retail, food service, and an industrial component business. The largest business is the retail segment, which represents over 80% of company sales. The Pyrex and Snapware brands are the catalysts that drive growth across the retail business in North America through supply agreements with domestic glass manufacturers. Director of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Position Summary The Director of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) leads the company's end-to-end planning process to align demand, supply, inventory, and operational execution with customer service and financial objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct ownership of supply planning while leading a team responsible for demand planning, forecasting, and analytics. This role serves as the operational leader of the monthly IBP cycle and is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and key suppliers. The position also owns supplier performance management through development and monitoring of key operational metrics including OTIF, schedule compliance, lead-time adherence, and capacity performance. Key Responsibilities Integrated Business Planning Leadership Lead the monthly IBP process including: Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-IBP Executive Preparation, Executive IBP Report-Out Drive alignment between demand forecasts, supply capabilities, inventory strategy, and customer commitments. Identify supply risks, operational constraints, and mitigation plans. Prepare executive-level reporting, KPIs, and recommendations. Supply Planning & Operations Directly own supply planning activities across manufacturing, inventory, and suppliers. Balance customer service, inventory investment, production capacity, and material availability. Develop supply scenarios and recovery plans for constrained environments. Partner with Procurement and Operations to improve supply continuity and responsiveness. Demand Planning Leadership Lead and develop demand planning personnel responsible for forecasting and demand analytics. Improve forecast accuracy, demand visibility, and planning discipline. Establish planning KPIs and accountability measures. Supplier Performance Management Own supplier operational scorecards and performance reviews. Manage and report supplier KPIs including: OTIF (On Time In Full) Schedule Compliance Capacity & Fill Rate Performance Lead Time Adherence Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers. Cross-Functional Leadership Act as the central planning liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service. Support customer commitment decisions through improved supply visibility and planning accuracy. Drive process discipline and data integrity across planning systems and ERP platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, S&OP/IBP, or operations leadership. Strong expertise in supply planning, forecasting, inventory management, and supplier performance management. Experience leading

S&OP/IBP

processes within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills. ERP/MRP planning system experience required (Itopia, SAP, Oracle etc.). Experience in Private Equity setting a plus. Key Success Metrics Forecast Accuracy
