Join Auffenberg Ford O'Fallon as an Automotive Sales Manager for our Ford O'Fallon location, where your leadership skills and automotive sales expertise will drive success and growth. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated individual to lead our sales team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving outstanding sales results in O'Fallon, IL. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on customer satisfaction and business growth. Manage day-to-day operations of the sales department, including inventory oversight and pricing strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and vendors. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and brand standards. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar leadership role in automotive sales. Strong knowledge of Ford vehicle lineup and automotive market trends. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Benefits Competitive salary range of $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly. QUALIFICATIONS
2+ Years of Dealership management experience Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Clean driving record Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
RESPONSIBILITIES
