Automotive Sales Manager Direct Hire Opportunity! We are looking for experienced New & Used Car Sales Managers for multiple dealership locations with multiple openings across Illinois . We streamline the hiring process for over 300 dealership locations statewide . This is an opportunity to join a dealership group looking for a proven leader who can drive sales performance, manage the desk, and support both customers and staff in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Desk all deals through funding, including subprime/special finance Build and maintain strong lender relationships (prime & subprime) Manage factory incentives, programs, and compliance Lead, motivate, and track sales team performance to achieve goals Ensure lot presentation and inventory accuracy on a daily basis Promote a positive, team-focused dealership culture Requirements Sales management experience in an automotive dealership (required) Strong understanding of CRM and inventory management systems Proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Employee discounts Referral program
