We are seeking a highly motivated International Sales Manager for Europe who brings excellent sales and communication skills, strong industry qualifications, and a proven track record of success in international markets. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Sales, the International Sales Manager will establish and manage a network of international distributors serving the obstetrics and gynecology market throughout Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales channels and develop distributor partnerships across the region
• Drive export sales expansion throughout assigned European territories
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international distributors and key accounts
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform sales strategy Negotiate distributor agreements and contract terms Represent MedGyn at international trade shows and conferences to identify prospective distributors and cultivate existing relationships Develop in-depth expertise in MedGyn's product portfolio and the cultural and business environment of assigned territories Manage country-specific product registration requirements Lead all aspects of territory business, including sales, distribution, collections, and customer service Share best practices with the broader international sales team to foster a collaborative team culture

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of proven success in international sales Self-motivated, independent, and creative thinker with strong business acumen Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more additional languages Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a frequent basis; extensive travel is required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in the medical device industry preferred

Compensation:

The starting salary will be commensurate with experience and education, and will include a base salary plus a commission package. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
