Key responsibilities include leading coaching motivating and holding the sales team accountable to performance standards, desking and structuring new vehicle deals while protecting profitability, working with Sales Consultants to improve closing ratios gross profit follow up and overall performance, developing Sales Consultants through consistent coaching training and one on one accountability, monitoring CRM activity lead follow up appointments showroom traffic and sales performance, assisting with negotiations and closing difficult or complex deals, building strong customer relationships and generating repeat and referral business, maintaining high customer satisfaction and addressing escalated concerns professionally, conducting regular sales meetings training and lot walks, working closely with the General Manager and leadership team to achieve departmental objectives, ensuring dealership processes and standards are consistently followed, and creating a positive professional competitive and team oriented sales environment.
