Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic District Manager to lead multiple store locations within a designated region. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence, maximize profitability, and foster a high-performing team environment. Your leadership will ensure each store delivers exceptional customer service, adheres to company standards, and achieves business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence business growth through strategic planning, data-driven decision making, and effective management of resources across your district. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of multiple stores, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and standards. Lead, motivate, and develop store managers and their teams to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency. Analyze financial reports including profit & loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction. Implement strategic initiatives that support business development, process improvements, and operational excellence. Manage budgets, control expenses, and conduct profit & loss analysis to maximize district profitability. Utilize Excel data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics and inform strategic decisions. Drive team development through coaching, training programs, and leadership development initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement using lean management principles and operational best practices. Collaborate with executive-level teams on strategic planning efforts to expand market presence and optimize operations. Ensure superior customer service standards are maintained across all locations by supervising customer engagement strategies. Lead project management efforts for new store openings, renovations, or major initiatives within the district. Supervise compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements across all stores. Qualifications Proven management experience with a strong background in business management and operations oversight. Demonstrated success in profit & loss management and financial analysis using tools like Excel. Experience in team management, team development, and leadership at an executive or supervisory level. Skilled in project management with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer service excellence, and operational processes. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of lean management techniques and process improvement methodologies. Ability to analyze data for informed decision making and strategic planning purposes. Supervising experience in a multi-unit environment preferred; experience in business development is a plus. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
