We looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Manager to grow beverage sales and brand presence throughout the Garden City, KS area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the market, building strong customer relationships, and managing their own territory. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with bars, restaurants, liquor stores, grocery stores, and other retail accounts to drive sales and distribution Manage and oversee retail store merchandiser activities to ensure merchandising standards are met Actively manage and service accounts across multiple counties , planning daily routes and schedules for maximum efficiency Set up and maintain product displays, execute promotions, manage orders, and ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, and presented Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity, providing insights and feedback to the sales team Travel daily within the territory using a personal vehicle; vehicle allowance provided Qualifications Previous sales, beverage distribution, or route sales experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with proof of insurance Ability to lift and move product as needed Benefits Package O'Neil Distributing offers a strong and competitive benefits package , which may include: Competitive pay with paid time off Comprehensive benefits package Medical, Dental, and Vision Performance-based incentives Vehicle reimbursement and mileage program Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Supportive team environment with hands-on training O'Neil Distributing is an equal opportunity employer.
