What You'll Do:

Oversee the daily operations of 2+ retail stores within a region, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. Deliver ongoing, hands-on sales coaching and mentorship to team members to sharpen their skills and maximize every revenue opportunity. Create and maintain a positive, energetic, and welcoming culture for both the sales team and our valued customers. Champion community engagement and marketing initiatives to build relationships and organically drive traffic / referrals to the store. Lead Marketing efforts through Social Media, local events, referrals, etc. Strategically manage store staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage based on business needs Drive sales performance and growth across key business metrics through effective leadership, coaching, and sales strategies. Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating exceptional customer interaction and sales techniques, while also embodying the desired store culture. Responsible for remotely managing store operations when not physically present in the location.

What You'll Bring:

2+ years of experience in retail wireless management or other relevant retail sales management experience. Two or more years of proven success in sales and/or customer experience within the wireless or a related industry, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and objectives. A demonstrated track record of developing and coaching sales representatives to achieve their full potential. Strong ability to train, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and constantly evolving retail environment. Flexibility to work a schedule of up to 45+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Social Media Marketing experience a plus
