What You'll Do You'll lead a competitive door-to-door energy sales team while staying actively involved in the field. Success comes from leading by example, developing talent, and creating a culture built on accountability and growth. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing energy sales team. Lead daily field coaching in a competitive door-to-door sales environment. Personally meet with customers and close sales to demonstrate best practices. Drive team production through coaching, motivation, and accountability. Monitor daily performance metrics and help develop future sales leaders. Earn uncapped commissions on personal production along with team overrides. What We're Looking For Experience leading or producing in high-volume door-to-door, energy sales, or face-to-face sales. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate others. Experience in solar, energy, alarms, pest control, telecom, home improvement, or other commission-driven industries is a plus. A competitive mindset with a commitment to coaching and developing people. Willingness to work in the field and lead by example every day. Compensation Personal Sales
