The sales manager along with the credit manager are the second in charge at the branch location.

Principal accountabilities include:

acquire and maintain customers, follow monthly marketing plans, keeping the store clean and organized, maintaining detailed operating reports, managing inventory and cash assets, make sure all merchandise is priced, and reconcile daily transactions.

Requirements include:

effective organizational skills, established selling skills, good communication skills, ability to multi task, maintain professional appearance, must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively over the phone, recognize and solve problems, and have regular and consistent attendance, including nights and weekends as business dictates. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds for deliveries or pick ups. This is a requirement with this position, as well as able to obtain a DOT to drive our larger trucks. This position is not a sit down at a desk position , it involves alot of marketing outside the store, and at customers' homes. Must be dependable, prompt, and dressed appropriately.
