Compensation:
$65,000•$70,000 annually dependent on experience
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 7:30am•5:00pm

Job Description The On Premise Business Development Lead is responsible for driving profitable growth by prospecting new business and acquiring quality new outlets. Additionally, on occasion, the On Premise Business Development Lead may be tasked with increasing existing business by strategically growing space in outlet and for supporting the sales team with execution of sales and marketing plans.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prospect to secure new, competitive and non-buying accounts Evaluate and qualify outlet opportunities to ensure account viability; Calculate IRR if necessary Use a Collaborating for Value approach to understand customer's business needs, issues and opportunities and work to develop solutions Propose appropriate brands, packages & equipment to satisfy customer and consumer needs Coordinate new account set-up including initial equipment and product deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction Determine appropriate sales coverage and replenishment method for on-going account management Enable seamless transition of outlet to existing routing structure Track daily, weekly and monthly call activity and performance measurements against assigned goals and expectations Job Requirements High school diploma, GED or equivalent required Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in a direct sales and/or account management role required On Premise and beverage industry experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer focus and negotiating skills Solid organizational and problem solving skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Benefits & PerksEligible employees may have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, scholarship opportunities, and more. •Benefits eligibility and offerings may vary based on position, location, employment type, and union governance.
