Sales Manager - Non-Hazardous Containerized Waste Bass Environmental is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow our non-hazardous containerized waste business. This role is responsible for developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and delivering sustainable waste management solutions to industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and municipal customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business. Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts. Manage and grow existing customer relationships. Conduct facility visits to identify waste handling, recycling, and disposal opportunities. Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements. Work closely with operations to ensure successful service implementation. Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve revenue goals. Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and market opportunities. Qualifications 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in waste management, environmental services, industrial services, logistics, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to travel within assigned territory.
