Bilingual Territory Sales Manager Location:

Remote (Based out of Ohio)

Territory:

South Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships throughout the assigned territory. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the construction or building materials industry who enjoys developing new business, supporting existing customers, and spending time in the field. Responsibilities Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, engineers, and business owners. Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and jobsite support. Collaborate with distribution partners to expand market presence. Meet or exceed territory sales goals. Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.

Qualifications Required:

3+ years of outside sales or territory management experience. Experience in construction, concrete products, building materials, industrial coatings, or related industries. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience working with contractors, distributors, or construction professionals. Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a MUST Technical aptitude and the ability to learn product applications.
