WHAT YOU'LL LEAD

Recruit:

Leverage our active recruiting system, an ongoing company investment that brings 5-15 trained rookies into the organization each month who are ready to knock doors and sell on full commission from day one.

Coach:

Train new people in the field, demonstrate the sales process, and help rookies develop the activity and consistency required to produce.

Develop:

Identify emerging leaders, build teams of Setters and Closers, and help proven producers progress into leadership.

Scale:

Use the recruiting foundation and coaching systems already in place to grow your market faster instead of trying to build a team from scratch.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

Qualified leaders can earn $200K-$250K+ as they build Setter teams, $500K+ at higher production and leadership levels, and potentially seven figures as they develop multiple generations of Office Sales Leaders. Compensation includes additional bonuses, incentive opportunities, and ownership opportunities at higher leadership levels.
