$100,000-$200,000 Matt Blatt Kia of Abington, a well-established, high-volume dealership and part of the Matt Blatt Dealerships group, is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager. We are known for our commitment to customer service, loyalty to our employees, and a culture built on professional growth. We're looking for someone experienced and versatile. A hands-on manager who can step into any role on the sales floor. The right candidate can desk deals, take TOs, manage both customers and employees, work the BDC when needed, and handle finance. If you can run the floor from front to back, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Meet with the sales team daily to plan activities and set goals Desk deals and handle TOs to maximize volume, gross profit, and the customer experience Implement strategies for achieving sales and gross profit targets Step into BDC and finance roles as needed to keep deals moving Maintain a high passion for customer retention and CSI above market standards and district averages Work effectively with the BDC, Finance, and Service departments Lead all operations ethically and transparently Complete all records accurately, update the CRM, assign follow-ups, and conduct ongoing training Follow all defined compliance standards Requirements Automotive Sales Management experience required. This is not an entry-level position Proven ability to desk deals, take TOs, and close in finance BDC experience strongly preferred Exceptional communication skills with customers and staff alike Ability to create a positive working climate where employees excel and promote from within For over three decades, the Matt Blatt Dealerships group has been ingrained in the community providing great deals on new and used vehicles, volunteering time and money to local charities, and supporting local businesses.
