Job Description
Champion Windows and Home Exteriors is continuing its strong growth trajectory and is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support and accelerate market expansion. This role offers a $80,000 base salary with total earning potential up to $160,000 through quarterly, and annual performance bonuses. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in developing sales talent, improving market performance, driving revenue growth, and ensuring consistent execution of our selling system. Position Overview The Sales Manager is a producing leader responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of professionally trained sales representatives. Responsibilities include conducting sales meetings, leading training sessions, riding along on sales appointments, and implementing strategies to continuously improve individual and team performance.
