We're an established, owner-operated brokerage with offices in Farragut, TN and Westlake Village, CA — a multi-carrier independent platform plus a captive relationship, with roughly $15M in premium across personal and commercial lines. We've built the book, the pipeline, the systems, and the support staff. What we haven't built yet is a real sales department. That's where you come in.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a sell-first, build-and-lead role. You won't be starting from scratch — a small sales team is already in place for you to lead and grow from day one. You'll carry your own production while you recruit, train, and develop that team across personal and commercial lines. Direct selling is heaviest early; as the team ramps, your leadership — and your override income — takes over. You report directly to the owner and have real room to build this your way. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$70,000+ base salary Ramp draw during your initial build period Uncapped monthly commission on your personal production Override on everything your team writes On-target earnings of $175,000-$200,000+ as the team scales 401(k) with 3% employer contribution (after 1 year), 2 weeks PTO, 10 paid holidays, Monday-Friday

Sell. Carry personal production from day one across personal and commercial lines. Build. Recruit, onboard, and train new producers. Lead. Install repeatable, documented sales systems — pipeline, follow-up cadence, accountability. Develop. Coach reps to consistent, independent production.
