This Senior Business Development Director / Senior Sales Executive opportunity will help expand a steel and metal fabrication operation that generated approximately $9 million in sales last year and is preparing to move into its own facility in about a year. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Business Development Director / Senior Sales Executive position include: At least 5 years of successful business development or sales experience selling steel fabrication, metal fabrication, or closely related contract manufacturing services. Aerospace fabrication experience and aerospace contacts are highly preferred. Established relationships with companies that use fabrication services. Proven ability to develop new accounts rather than only manage existing customers. Comfort working independently and creating your own schedule and sales strategy without an established sales process. Generate new fabrication business across aerospace and other industrial markets, prospect, develop, and close new accounts. Build relationships with decision-makers and help establish and improve sales and business development processes.

Salary:

$80,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
