What You'll Do:

Lead & Motivate:

Coach and energize your team to deliver sales goals and unforgettable experiences for pet parents.

Grow Sales:

Oversee events, keep safety and inventory on point, and make every day run smoothly.

Build Partnerships:

What We're Looking For:

A proven leader in sales-focused industries (retail, hospitality, service, or similar). Track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals with P&L or budgeting experience.
