This role will focus on developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and increasing sales of Pipes, Valves & Fittings (PVF) and industrial supply products. The ideal Regional Sales Manager will have a strong background in industrial distribution, PVF, pipes, valves, fittings, flow control, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics or rotating equipment, with a proven ability to grow a territory and develop long-term customer partnerships. This position would suit an experienced Regional Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Regional Sales Director with experience selling into energy, industrial, manufacturing, EPC, contractor, Oil & Gas or related markets. Package Up to $150,000 base salary + commission Vehicle package 401(k) match Health, vision, and dental benefits Responsibilities for Regional Sales Manager Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand market share Manage and grow relationships with key customers, including industrial operators, contractors, EPCs, distributors, and midstream energy companies Drive sales growth across PVF, pipes, valves, fittings, flow control, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics or rotating equipment Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and projects Develop strategic relationships with purchasing teams, engineers, project managers, and decision-makers Provide accurate sales forecasts, territory updates, and market feedback to company leadership Requirements for Regional Sales Manager Proven sales experience within PVF, pipes, valves, fittings, flow control, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics or rotating equipment Demonstrated success growing a territory and achieving sales targets Experience managing and expanding customer accounts within industrial, energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, EPC, or contractor markets Established relationships with industrial customers and purchasing decision-makers preferred Strong understanding of industrial procurement processes and project-based sales cycles Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts Experience in a Regional Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Regional Sales Director role. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to travel throughout the assigned region
