Job Description

Lennox is seeking a Head of Sales for the Duro Dyne business segment, located at Lennox Richardson HQ or Duro Dyne Bay Shore. This role leads the sales organization, drives revenue growth, and shapes pricing and product mix. The position is salaried exempt, with a starting range of $160k-$220k, plus a 15% STI bonus. 50% travel is required; relocation or hybrid options may apply depending on the site.
