In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities with restaurants, retail centers, property managers, apartment communities, HOAs, office buildings, banks, and other commercial properties throughout the Houston area. The ideal candidate is comfortable approaching businesses, speaking with owners and managers, identifying exterior cleaning needs, building relationships, following up with prospects, and closing new accounts. This is a performance-driven sales position for someone who is self-motivated, confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers, and interested in earning based on results. Duties Prospect and develop new commercial pressure-washing accounts throughout the Houston area. Visit businesses and commercial properties to introduce Fresher Pressure Washing and our services. Build relationships with business owners, general managers, property managers, facility managers, HOA representatives, and other decision-makers. Identify exterior cleaning and maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services. Generate new opportunities through cold outreach, in-person prospecting, networking, referrals, phone calls, and follow-ups. Present our commercial pressure-washing and exterior-cleaning services professionally to prospective clients. Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain relationships throughout the sales process. Negotiate and close new commercial accounts. Develop opportunities for recurring weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and other scheduled maintenance services. Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, follow-ups, estimates, and closed accounts. Coordinate with the owner and operations side of Fresher Pressure Washing to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service. Maintain relationships with existing commercial customers and identify opportunities for additional services. Services You'll Sell Commercial services may include: Building and storefront washing Concrete and sidewalk cleaning Dumpster pad cleaning Restaurant exterior and back-of-house pressure washing Drive-thru cleaning Parking and entry-area cleaning Soft washing Roof cleaning Gutter cleaning Window cleaning Oil, rust, graffiti, and stain removal Recurring commercial property maintenance Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable approaching and speaking directly with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers. Confident prospecting and developing new business. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field. Organized with consistent follow-up habits. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Sales experience is preferred but not required. Experience in pressure washing, commercial cleaning, landscaping, roofing, pest control, HVAC, construction, facility services, or other service-based sales is a plus. Willingness to learn our services, pricing structure, and cleaning processes.
