What You'll Be Doing Identify new construction and capital improvement opportunities in manufacturing, mission critical, and healthcare markets

Build and maintain relationships with facility owners, plant managers, operators, and developers

Build and manage a project pipeline, tracking opportunity size, timing, and probability

Perform takeoffs and develop estimates for small-sized construction projects

Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate scopes and budgets

Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and budgets with the operations team What You'll Need to be Considered 5+ years in construction, business development, estimating, or a related field required

Comfortable doing both business development and hands-on estimating, not just one

Experience in manufacturing, mission critical/data center, or healthcare projects preferred
