Job Description
JS Construction is a growing residential and commercial roofing company specializing in shingle and factory-direct metal roofing. We're looking for a proven Sales Manager who can lead from the front, close deals, and help scale our team. What You'll Do Lead and coach a sales team while personally running high-volume sales appointments Deliver one-call closes on in-home and on-site roofing estimates Manage the full sales process from lead to signed contract Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets Help recruit, train, and develop sales talent Represent JS Construction with professionalism and integrity Requirements Proven roofing sales experience (residential required) Strong one-call close experience — you know how to walk into a home and leave with a signed deal Track record of consistently hitting sales goals Comfortable with high-volume appointment setting and running your own appointments Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $52,000 per year Uncapped commission Performance bonuses Gas card Health insurance Opportunity for rapid income growth based on results About Us JS Construction has been serving homeowners across Virginia, Tennessee, West Virginia, North Carolina, and Kentucky since 2008.
