Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles efficiently Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system to process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately Upsell products such as snacks, beverages, or car accessories to enhance customer experience Maintain clean and organized fuel islands, store shelves, and checkout areas through merchandising and stocking Conduct product demos or promotional activities to engage customers and boost sales Handle cashing out customers with precision while adhering to cash handling procedures Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting remote customers Ensure safety protocols are followed during fueling operations and store activities Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or damages Support grocery store functions by helping customers locate items and offering personalized service Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially in grocery or convenience store environments Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is highly desirable Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory counts Experience in merchandising, stocking, or product demos enhances your ability to succeed in this role Join us to deliver outstanding service in a lively environment where your energy makes a difference!
