Exciting Opportunity:

Evenings and Overnight Associate for new gym We are seeking a dedicated and reliable evening sales associate that can help out and be a back up overnight employee. Shifts include Friday nights until midnight, Saturday OR Sunday nights until 8:30pm and Thursday nights until 9 or 10pm. Shifts are 4-5 hours long and include free access to the gym. We are looking for weekend avalibility and for someone that is reliable. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation during evening and overnight hours in our luxury state of the art environment. Your primary focus will be cleaning, selling and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the members experience. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. As an evening and overnight associate, you will be working night hours cleaning and maintaining the facility, answering questions, phone calls, emails and providing overall fantastic customer service. Your role will involve engaging with future members, answering phone calls and questions about the facility and memberships, providing excellent customer service and closing sales. The majority of the position involves cleaning and customer service. We are looking for someone that is reliable, punctual and capable of staying up during late night periods. Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features Welcome customers to the gym and answer their queries Following and complete a list of cleaning duties "Go the extra mile" to drive sales Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas Stay present and professional during late night, early morning hours Process POS (point of sale) purchases Cross sell products Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service Build productive trust relationships with customers Comply with inventory control procedures Skills Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Proficiency in English Basic Math skills Hands-on experience with POS transactions Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner Availability to work flexible shifts High school degree
