This position is the first point of contact for many of our guests, so we are looking for someone who is welcoming, attentive, comfortable communicating with customers, and able to stay organized during busy service. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders accurately using our Clover POS system Process cash, credit card, and digital payments Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and available options Manage dine-in, takeout, and online orders Package and organize orders accurately before handing them to guests or delivery drivers Check orders for accuracy and presentation Communicate clearly with the kitchen regarding modifications, special requests, and order timing Answer phone calls and assist customers with basic order questions Restock front-counter supplies, utensils, napkins, beverages, and packaging Maintain a clean and organized counter, pickup area, and guest-facing workspace Assist with light cleaning and general restaurant duties throughout the shift Help with opening and closing front-of-house responsibilities Support the kitchen and other team members when needed What We're Looking For Previous cashier, restaurant, café, or customer-service experience preferred Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests Strong communication skills Dependable and punctual Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Accurate when handling orders and payments Comfortable using a POS system and learning Clover Able to stay calm and organized during busy periods Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation What Makes Someone a Great Fit We are especially interested in team members who: Naturally make guests feel welcome Pay attention to order accuracy Keep the front counter clean without being reminded Communicate well with both guests and the kitchen Notice what needs to be restocked or cleaned Take ownership of their responsibilities Enjoy working as part of a small, growing restaurant team Compensation $18-$20 per hour + tips, depending on experience Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available.
