In this role, you'll provide excellent service to our customers while keeping the station running smoothly. You'll handle fuel sales, operate the register, assist customers, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Responsibilities Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) and lottery systems accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit, and lottery transactions responsibly and balance the register at the end of shifts. Assist customers with fuel purchases, car products, and other store items. Upsell or promote store products and services to improve customer experience and sales. Maintain clean restrooms, pumps, and general store area. Stock shelves and coolers, lift and organize beverage cases, and ensure displays are neat and full. Receive and unload product deliveries, including beverages and snacks. Ensure the forecourt and pump areas are clean, safe, and well-lit. Provide excellent service by handling customer questions or complaints courteously. Support other team members and assist with training or shift coverage as needed. Qualifications Previous retail, gas station, or grocery experience preferred. Basic math and cash-handling skills required. Must be able to lift up to 30-40 lbs for stocking and deliveries. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly. Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required. Must have good manners, a positive attitude, and be reliable for long-term employment.
