Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Seasoned Kitchen Worker(s) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support kitchen operations.

Duties:

• Assist in food preparation tasks such as Brining Chicken,Breading Chicken, preparing sauces, and assembling sandwiches
• Frying products
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
• Support the kitchen team in organizing supplies and ingredients
• Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to food safety guidelines
• Assist with meal preparation and plating under the direction of the chef or supervisor
• Aid in catering events by setting up serving stations and assisting with food service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation methods
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment including knives, scissors and light kitchen equipment
• Understanding of food safety practices and guidelines
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or catering setting
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist team members as needed
