Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Process cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately while maintaining a clean and organized cash register area. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques. Manage food service customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely preparation and delivery in accordance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including sanitizing counters, equipment, and dining areas to meet sanitation regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely when required for food preparation or service support. Support food handling procedures, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and food safety management are followed at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability in cashiering, retail sales transactions, and POS system operation. Strong math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing basic calculations. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
