Service BDC/Cashier - $16/Hour + Appointment Bonuses Mike Erdman Nissan | Cocoa, FL Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week Mike Erdman Nissan is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Service BDC/Cashier to join our team. This position offers a stable 40-hour work week, starting pay of $16 per hour, and additional earning potential through performance-based appointment bonuses. During strong bonus periods, successful associates can earn the equivalent of approximately $19-$20 per hour. Compensation Starting at $16 per hour Performance-based appointment bonuses Full-time, 40-hour work week Potential to earn $40,000+ annually, based on performance Responsibilities Answer incoming Service Department calls in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and confirm service appointments Follow up with customers regarding their service needs Check customers out and accurately process payments Balance the cashier drawer and maintain accurate transaction records Assist customers with questions and direct them to the appropriate team member Maintain accurate customer information in dealership systems Work with Service Advisors and other departments to provide an excellent customer experience Complete additional administrative and customer-service tasks as needed What We're Looking For Previous call center and/or cashier experience preferred, but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities Positive, professional attitude High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental insurance options 401(k) and Roth 401(k) Paid time off and paid holidays $350 monthly car allowance Employee vehicle and service pricing On-site gym On-site café Paid training Opportunities for advancement within the dealership Why Mike Erdman Nissan?
