Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone Answer incoming calls promptly with professional phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and taking food orders Upsell relevant products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, balancing registers, and maintaining transaction records Qualifications Previous cashiering experience is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in bilingual settings (English and other languages) is a plus Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining attention to detail
