In this dual-role, you'll be the face of our restaurant—taking orders, processing payments, and serving food and drinks with a smile. Your positive attitude, strong communication, and ability to multitask will help create a welcoming experience for dine-in, takeout, and delivery customers. If you enjoy a lively, team-focused environment and take pride in fast, accurate service, we want you on our crew! Duties Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and answer menu questions. Operate the POS system to process orders, payments (cash, card, mobile), and receipts. Serve food and beverages to tables, run to-go orders, and assist with curbside/delivery handoffs. Maintain clean, stocked, and organized front-of-house areas, including condiment stations and beverage refills. Prepare simple menu items and assemble to-go orders when needed. Upsell specials, add-ons, and combo items to increase check averages. Follow food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures at all times. Communicate order status and special requests clearly to kitchen staff. Assist with opening/closing duties and restocking supplies as required. Skills Serving experience preferred; strong customer service skills required. Experience with POS systems and accurate cash handling. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail. Clear verbal communication and friendly interpersonal skills. Basic math skills for order totals and change calculations. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Team player attitude; reliability and punctuality.
