Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and swiftly Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision and integrity Upsell products and promote store specials to enhance sales opportunities Conduct product demos when applicable to showcase features and benefits to customers Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Assist with inventory management through stock checks and replenishment activities Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when taking orders or addressing customer inquiries remotely Requirements Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate cash handling Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team Knowledge of grocery store operations, merchandising, and stock management is beneficial Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude towards assisting shoppers Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences!
