Summary As a Front of House Team Member at Genki Sushi, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Greet and seat customers promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages while ensuring presentation standards are met. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide assistance to kitchen staff as needed during busy periods. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance their dining experience. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
