Titan Armored, Inc. is looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to join our Decatur team as an Armed Vault Supervisor. This isn't a position where you'll spend your day sitting behind a desk. Our Vault Supervisor works alongside the vault team while providing the leadership, organization, and accountability needed to keep daily operations running safely, accurately, and on time. As the primary operational leader within the vault, you'll coordinate workflow, supervise Vault Tellers and Lead Vault Tellers, assist with cash processing and reconciliation, train and coach employees, and ensure Titan's security and operational standards are followed every day. What You'll Do Lead the day-to-day operations of the cash vault Coordinate workflow and daily production priorities Supervise and support Vault Tellers and Lead Vault Tellers Work alongside the team performing cash processing and vault operations Open and secure the vault according to Titan's security procedures Monitor cash processing for accuracy, productivity, and accountability Assist with balancing, reconciliation, and inventory control Maintain strict chain-of-custody and dual-control procedures Investigate discrepancies and help resolve operational issues Train, coach, and mentor vault employees Identify performance concerns and communicate them to branch leadership Maintain accountability for vault keys, combinations, and security devices Support audits and inventory verification Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can lead from the floor . You should be comfortable holding people accountable, setting priorities, solving problems, and jumping into the work when your team needs you.

Required:

High school diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in cash vault operations, banking, armored transportation, secured logistics, or a related environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong cash-handling, balancing, reconciliation, and inventory-control skills Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Excellent attention to detail and mathematical aptitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to obtain and maintain required firearm qualifications, permits, and applicable state licensing This Is an Armed Position Because the Vault Supervisor is responsible for opening and securing the vault, this is an armed position . The selected candidate must be eligible and willing to carry a firearm while performing assigned duties and successfully obtain and maintain all required company firearms qualifications and applicable licensing. What the Work Is Like This is an active position in a secure cash-vault environment. You'll spend significant portions of the day standing and walking and regularly handle currency, coin, and vault materials. The position requires repetitive cash-processing work and frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Schedules may occasionally require overtime, extended hours, or adjustments based on operational needs. Why Titan?
