Job Description

Responsible for working/managing shifts in a high-volume, fast-paced Dunkin Donuts. Must be committed to providing high quality products and provide an excellent customer experience. Crew Members Hold the Guest as the most important priority at all times Adhere to all uniform and grooming standards Maintaina a clean work environment throughout your shift Greet guest with a smile and hospitable tone

Shift Leaders:

Training, Developing & Coaching of team Lead team members through shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties), providing feedback training Effectively handle guest complaints/issues Greet team members with smile and hospitable tone

Job Types:

Part-time, Full-time Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
